Cancel a task
You can withdraw a task at any time by contacting us at support@mandateproxy.com. Cancelling stops the work that has not happened yet. It does not undo steps that were already completed, such as a booking that was already made, so tell us as early as you can.
Say no to a step
If a step comes back to you for a decision, saying no stops that step. See How approvals work.
Stop text messages
Reply STOP to any Mandate Proxy text. You will get one confirmation and no further texts unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help. See our SMS Terms.
Stop using Mandate Proxy
You can stop using the service at any time by emailing support@mandateproxy.com. Founding access terms, including any fees and how to end them, are shared with you before you are charged.
