Describe the goal in plain words, the way you would to an assistant. One message can cover a whole task, or several related ones.

Helpful details to include: the companies or websites involved, dates and times that work for you, and anything you do not want done.
2. We plan

3. You approve

4. Done
You get the result and a record of every action taken.
